OUR SOLUTION TO AVOID ISSUES WITH FISCAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE PAPERWORK OF YOUR PLANT

Because of the non-optimal management of the relationships among the stakeholders (grid maintainer, energy utility, government authorities, …), one can incur in fines and penalties, up the complete halt of the feed-in tariff that is acknowledged to the photovoltaic plant.

SOLAND provides its Customers with knowledgeable staff for the proper processing of paperwork. This is done with the various bodies involved in the operation of a photovoltaic plant:

• GSE: exchange of finance sheets and management of the online portal on Customer’s behalf
• ENEL (the Italian utility, equivalent to E.On or RWE in Germany): management of the paperwork required to connect the photovoltaic plant to the national grid
• declaration of electricity production and consumption for the previous year
• customs: paperwork for the plants equipped with explicit delivery point to the grid (“Officina Elettrica”)
• management rapport with the Italian Authority for Electric Energy and Gas (AEEG)
• Fuel-Mix declaration
• Unbundling communication

All the paperwork activity is done internally by SOLAND qualified staff, with direct rapport with the Institutional bodies. This is essential to obtain quick and resolute paperwork that usually saves time and money down the road during the plant life.
