Expert technicians are available for every maintenance need to ensure the optimal productivity, following a scheduled maintenance programme.

PREEMPTIVE MAINTANANCE

SOLAND prepares annual and multi-yearly maintenance programmes taking into account the characteristics and the technologies used by the contractor in developing the plant. Such programme can include, for example:

  • cleaning of the photovoltaic surfaces
  • check and maintenance of inverters, transformers, UPS, and mounting structures
  • check of the cables and electrical boxes
  • cleaning of the technical rooms, cooling and ventilation devices
  • maintenance of the green areas (vegetation, trees, grass)
  • check and update of the remote monitoring system

To guarantee the maximum transparency, each intervention is accurately described in a report that is given to the Customer.

EMERGENCY MAINTAINANCE

Following the Customer’s call or thanks to our remote monitoring system (in the cases where SOLAND remotely monitors the plant), every fault or malfunctioning is immediately spotted and the repairing procedure is automatically initiated:

  • Alarm: following an alarm signal, the whole plant operation is checked in real time and the exact cause of the issue is identified
  • analysis:  the evaluation of the severity of the malfunction is carried on
  • action: on-site operation of our technical staff to restore the full operation of the plant. A report is written down with the description of the malfunctioning and the solutions that have been adopted
  • verification: check if the plant is back to full operation and closure of the maintenance duty
